Used oil is hazardous waste, the improper disposal of which endangers the environment!
Delivery:
We will take back your used oil free of charge in the amount purchased from us and without any foreign substances. You can return your used oil and the original canisters (according to Section 8 of the Packaging Ordinance) by presenting our sales invoice to the following address:

Acceptance takes place Mon.-Thurs. between 9 am and 2 pm and Fri. 9 am to 12 pm
Return shipping:
The used oil is considered "dangerous goods" when shipped and must be marked as such. It may not be sent by parcel service without special packaging. Each canister must first be sealed in a box insert made of extra thick foil. Shipping may only take place in a special (dangerous goods) box that complies with IATA regulations. The packaging must also contain approved absorbent material. For more detailed packaging instructions and shipping prices, please contact your parcel service or forwarding agent. Returns will be sent to the address given above.
Both packaging and shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
A notice:
- Have the engine oil changed at a petrol station or specialist workshop, as this will ensure proper disposal of used oil.
- Most municipalities in Germany have recycling centers where used oil can be returned free of charge in normal household quantities. If necessary, ask your local waste disposal company.
- You can find a recycling center or used oil collection point near you, for example, at www.gelbeseiten.de or www.abfallshop.de .
