Warranty conditions

In addition to the statutory warranty rights on our products, we grant you a 1-year functional warranty (with the option to extend for an additional charge).

The warranty period begins on the invoice date. The warranty coverage is valid within the EU.

The guarantee refers to the freedom from defects of the product, including functionality, material or manufacturing defects.

Should a defect occur during the warranty period, we will provide you with one of the following services at our discretion:

  • free repair of the goods or
  • free exchange of the goods for an identical item

Warranty claims are excluded in the event of damage to the goods caused by:

  • Improper handling
  • Failure to observe safety precautions
  • Use of violence (e.g. beatings)
  • Attempts to repair on your own

To claim warranty service, you must allow us to examine the warranty claim (e.g., by sending the goods in). Care must be taken to prevent damage to the goods during transport by securely packaging them. A copy of the invoice must be enclosed with the shipment when claiming warranty service so that we can verify whether the warranty period has been met. Without a copy of the invoice, we may refuse warranty service. For justified warranty claims, you will not incur any shipping costs; we will reimburse you for any shipping costs for sending the goods.

This dealer guarantee does not limit your statutory rights against us arising from the purchase contract concluded with us. This guarantee promise remains unaffected by any existing statutory warranty rights against us. Therefore, this dealer guarantee does not infringe your statutory rights, but rather expands your legal position.

If the purchased item is defective, you can contact us in any case within the framework of the statutory warranty, regardless of whether a warranty case exists or the warranty is being claimed.
