Kidney grille covers are simply placed over the existing kidney grilles. Installation is super easy, and the result is impressive. This mod can be implemented even without experience.

On the BMW E60/E61, the kidney struts are covered by air flaps, which can be removed simply by pressing them. The air flaps can be easily removed through the opening in the kidneys. the bumper must not be removed!

Removing the air flaps does not cause any errors in the on-board computer.
